MIDWINTER'S DAY DREAM
ÉFOTLEZ first capsule collection explores understated elegance through sculptural tailoring, rare fabrics and fluid silhouettes.
Eight styles — distinct in character, yet recognisable within the same language. Designed to move between sharp tailoring, quiet sensuality and everyday wearability.
Developed in London, the collection was built for long autumns, winters and slow springs — clothing that moves naturally between evening dressing, business wear and relaxed luxury.
Pieces intended to be worn repeatedly, remembered easily and styled instinctively.
Over 80% of the fabrics were sourced from carefully selected deadstock houses in limited quantities. Once certain fabrics were gone, they did not return — making most restocks unlikely.
The remaining fabrics came from historic English mills producing limited runs, where some colours require months of waiting.
Natural wools. Sculptural cuts. Controlled silhouettes that sharpen presence rather than overpower it.
ÉFOTLEZ is built around clothing that evolves with a woman — pieces that move through moods, roles and occasions while remaining recognisable as part of the same language.
ÉFOTLEZ RAW — BEHIND THE COLLECTION
The first collection was developed in London over five months through continuous fittings, fabric sourcing and pattern refinement.
For two months, we visited factories and sample development teams searching for partners capable of executing the construction, silhouette and fit exactly as intended.
Each garment went through multiple rounds of adjustments to achieve balance in proportion, movement and structure.
Every component was selected deliberately: smooth-functioning zips, wool-covered buttons with metal bases, specialist interfacing, fusing tapes and structured shoulder construction sourced from one of Germany’s leading manufacturers.
These details allowed us to create the sculptural shoulder line of the Collarless Blazer and Short Coat, alongside the elongated silhouette of the Long Coat.
Many fabrics were sourced in limited quantities from selected deadstock houses, alongside materials from historic English mills known for exceptional wool production.
We are interested in construction that lasts — garments designed to hold their shape, feeling and character over time.
