• We recommend only dry cleaning for clothes made of wool. Please ask to protect the buttons before cleaning.

• To remove creases, iron the product from the wrong side at a temperature of no more than 110°C. Wet wool can pill or become loose, so it is better to turn off the steam function on the iron.

• Keep items on hangers and make sure that there is enough space in the closet - this will protect wool from dampness and prolong the service life of clothes.

• Carry bags and jewellery carefully, as they may leave marks on delicate material.

Shipping and returns

We provide worldwide shipping and returns through Royal Mail and DHL.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £1000. The cost of the return will be covered by the customer.

For international orders, the cost of delivery may vary and the final price will be calculated at checkout. Local duties and taxes are payable by the customer in addition to the shipping rates.

If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.
